This is introduced to make it easier for the guests to get the information they need.

1. Create the meeting in Outlook (or any calender)

2. Add participants, the EastCoast Visit recourse and possibly a meeting room

3. Confirmation. Right after you have booked the meeting, you get a confirmation by mail.

4. Before you confirm the invites, you are able to make alterations.

5. All participants that are “checked” will receive an mail invite. (external guests)

6. The invite is send out. It contains valuable information regarding the meeting.

7. The invite also contains an electronic ticket (with a QR-code) for speedy an convenient check-in.

8. At arrival the guest will get an automatic notification on the mobile phone, letting them know that the ticket is ready for use.
